Freia at Pico de Loro - AMENITIES

Seeing as the Freia at Pico de Loro is primarily a condominium built on top of a resort, you can expect that there will be plenty of recreational amenities that you can partake of as a resident of the condominium. First, let’s discuss the amenities that you can get from the building itself.

The Hamilo Coast employs teams of highly-trained professional security personnel to keep watch over the entire property. There are always a couple of guards posted at the main entrance of the property, at least two guarding the entrances to the residential buildings, and even more constantly patrolling the halls and corridors of the buildings and the nearby surroundings. There are also dozens of security cameras placed at strategic areas, some are discreetly installed while the others are out in the open to serve as a deterrent to ne’er-do-wells. Every unit also has a smoke and fire alarm, and is hooked up to the central sprinkler system to prevent fires.

Residents at the Freia also have access to an outdoor pool and lounge deck. The swimming pool is actually large enough for you to do laps in and there is also a smaller kiddie pool where your young kids can splash around while at the same time learn how to swim. There are also several pocket gardens within the confines of the Freia for when you just want a quiet place to relax but you do not have the energy to go out of the condominium.

Now that we got the basics out of the way, it is time to discover all of the fun and adventures that you can enjoy as a permanent denizen of the Freia. For starters, every condominium unit owner automatically becomes a member of the Pico de Loro Beach and Country Club. This means you have access to all the world-class amenities that the club has to offer. The best part of which is access to more than a kilometer and a half of white sand beach and crystal clear water. You can spend the entire day just lounging on the beach and swimming in the sea, and you will feel that you still have not spent enough time at the place.

Other amenities provided by the Pico de Loro Beach and Country Club include, but are not limited to, a huge swimming pool area, access to the massive man-made fresh water lagoon where you can go fishing, covered tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, fine dining establishments, day spa, fitness center, and whole bunch more. Just listing the amenities it provides will not do the Pico de Loro Beach and Country Club justice. You need to see and experience all of them firsthand.
